TerraCADdy ALKIS Studio

Description

ALKIS - the official real estate cadastre information system - replaces the automated real estate map (ALK) and the automated real estate book in Germany and combines both in one system.
With the new NAS formats of the surveying administrations for ALKIS the functional variety of CADdy is used even better.
The current ALKIS Studio ensures that even in ^TerraCADdy Classic property and building information can be properly managed according to the contents of the ALKIS NAS data. In addition, existing EDBS data can still be imported.

Feature Overview:

• Direct reading and integration of ALKIS NAS or NBA data including ALK into an empty or existing CADdy project
• Configuration of CADdy data transfer possible with a high degree of freedom - only graphic elements or transfer of survey points, buildings, parcels
• Correct interpretation of the EDBS and ALKIS graphics into CADdy's layer and object structures (V-points, parcels, buildings, levels, sequences, etc.)
• Correct creation or completion of internal CADdy databases (DBK, DBA, DBF)
• Explicit CADdy slide assignments for NAS slides possible
• Detailed information when analyzing the EDBS / ALKIS output data.
• Non-CADdy-compliant information is stored in a separate database
• Connection via DB-Connect
• Interpretation of common EDBS formats of the German surveying authorities and consideration of the different OSKA / OBAK keys
• Point number representation variable depending on federal state requirements (eg reductions)
• Preview of graphic data with pan and zoom function
• Simple and advanced search function (parcel, owner, parcel number etc.)
• Dialog-based configuration of the slide mapping NAS-CADdy
